We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, supply chain disruptions, equipment failure, or labor shortages.
Payment terms will be specified in your written estimate or contract. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of work. For larger projects, we may require a deposit before scheduling the job.
Accepted payment methods will be communicated at the time of your estimate. Late payments may be subject to interest charges as specified in your written agreement or as permitted by applicable law.
If payment is not received in accordance with the agreed terms, we reserve the right to pursue collection through available legal channels, and the customer may be responsible for reasonable collection costs and attorney fees.
The customer is responsible for ensuring the work area is accessible on the scheduled date and time, including removing vehicles, personal property, and obstacles that would prevent the crew from completing the work.
The customer is also responsible for providing accurate information about the property, any existing underground utilities, irrigation lines, or drainage systems, and any relevant HOA or local permit requirements. We are not responsible for damage to undisclosed or unmarked utilities.
We stand behind our work and will address workmanship defects as outlined in your written agreement. However, asphalt and sealcoating products are subject to natural wear and weathering, particularly in the extreme heat and UV environment of Lake Havasu City, AZ.

Except as expressly stated in a written warranty provided with your project, all services are provided "as is" without any further warranty, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lake Havasu City Asphalt Paving shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services or the use of our website - even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
