Lake Havasu City Asphalt Paving got started in 2019 because the Havasu area needed a paving contractor that actually knew the local conditions. Asphalt in the desert is a different animal than asphalt in cooler parts of the country. The summer heat tops 110 degrees, the UV exposure is relentless, and the sandy desert soil requires a different approach than what you get with a crew driving in from out of state.
We are a locally owned operation based in Lake Havasu City. We work residential driveways, commercial parking lots, and everything in between - from straightforward sealcoating jobs to full paving and repair projects. Whether a customer is near the London Bridge, out in one of the north-end neighborhoods, or managing a commercial property on McCulloch Boulevard, we have worked in those areas and know what the pavement there deals with day to day.
